A PRICE YOU CAN COUNT ON
Especially during extended business trips, hotel costs can quickly become confusing. Varying daily rates, seasonal price fluctuations, trade fairs, or events in the city often make reliable cost calculations difficult. Our business apartments therefore operate differently: You book your apartment for a fixed period and receive a fixed monthly price – without fluctuating daily rates and without hidden additional costs.
For a minimum term of 12 months, the monthly price is €2,650; for a minimum term of 6 months, it is €2,900 per studio apartment. The price includes furnishings, utilities, Wi-Fi, and the agreed-upon regular cleaning; prices are subject to statutory VAT.
And while you can reliably calculate costs on the company side, your employees don't have to forgo comfort: The apartment offers more space for everyday life, a private kitchenette and a fixed retreat – supplemented by cleaning, laundry service and a personal contact person in the building.
